  • I offer both! I can meet for in-person sessions at the Higher Sights Office at 5353 W Dartmouth Ave, Suite 305, Denver, CO, 80227 and I’m also available for virtual sessions!

  • Yes, we accept a wide variety of insurance benefits through Higher Sights Counseling, the organization I am contracted with, as well as private pay clients. The self-pay rate is currently $125 per session, however, I also offer sliding scale spots to increase the ability to access therapy at a more affordable price!

  • Therapy is very personalized and isn’t cookie-cutter or “one-size-fits-all”. I am committed to offering a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to every client. I also use a variety of approaches including person-centered therapy, IFS (parts work), EMDR, ACT, psychoeducation, emotion coaching, and many other creative interventions. I believe that each person might need a slightly different approach and am committed to getting to know you and understanding what works best for you!

  • I ask at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $100, except in cases of emergency. If we are able to reschedule within the same week, the fee will be waived.
