Welcome!

I’m Carrie and I am passionate about supporting individuals not only with their mental health but their overall wellbeing.

I grew up in Belarus and Colorado so I have the unique experience of holding two different cultural identities and love supporting individuals who also have various unique aspects to their identity.

I’ve worked in mental health for the past 6 years in a variety of settings and the common experience I’ve found is that many of us carry old wounds and stories from past experiences that affect how we show up in the world and our overall wellbeing. Often times, as a result of these difficult experiences, we begin to take on roles and beliefs that prevent us from showing up as our full selves and living our lives in the most authentic way possible. My goal is to help you reconnect with all parts of who you are and step into your full potential.

I believe that bringing a mix of personal and professional experiences allows for the best outcomes in therapy and aim to bring authentic, personalized support to each session.

My hope is that therapy allows you to show up more unapologetically, assertively, and passionately in your life outside of it.

My Approach

In our work together, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and step confidently into the life you want to create. I am passionate about helping individuals embrace their neurodivergence, overcome anxiety and trauma, and break free from patterns of people-pleasing, codependency, and perfectionism. I take a personalized, supportive approach to therapy, drawing from methods like ACT, IFS, and EMDR to help you feel grounded, empowered, and aligned with your authentic self. Along the way, I’ll also share tools and insights to give you more clarity about your inner world and practical ways to cope when life feels like a lot.

While life will always bring challenges, we have the power to change how we relate to them—and to ourselves. Some of the most powerful growth happens when we lean into discomfort, release patterns that no longer serve us, and embrace who we are, flaws and all.

I’m proud of you for taking this step toward healing and self-growth, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
